Delete Account

If you would like to permanently delete your Meridian account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
Delete Account from the App
- Open the Meridian app and sign in
- Go to the Profile tab from the bottom menu
- Tap the Settings button
- Tap "Delete My Account"
- On the confirmation screen, tap "Yes, delete my account"
Request Account Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can send an account deletion request to:
Please include the email address associated with your account. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

| Account information (name, email) | Permanently deleted |
| Education preferences and profile data | Permanently deleted |
| ATLAS AI chat history | Permanently deleted |
| Country matching results | Permanently deleted |
| Checklist and application data | Permanently deleted |
| Notification preferences | Permanently deleted |
| Anonymized usage statistics | May be retained in anonymized form |
Important Information
- Account deletion is irreversible
- After a deletion request, your data will be removed from all systems within 30 days
- If you have an active subscription, we recommend canceling it through Google Play or the App Store before deleting your account
